Whether you're planning a small gathering or a larger celebration, we are your one-stop shop for a stress-free, affordable venue!


We are proud to be one of the only places in the city offering FREE PRIVATE EVENT SPACE, perfect for a variety of occasions: Birthday Parties, Wedding Receptions, Funeral Repasts, Private Business Events, Baby Showers, Gender Reveals, Pop-Up Shops, Vision Board Parties, Private Family and Friend Events No matter what you're celebrating, we’ve been there for it all and are ready to help you make your event a memorable one.

1. Event Space Use

  • Rewards Membership Requirement: Anyone reserving or renting the Duplexx Coffee & Cocktails event space must be an active Duplexx Customer Rewards Member at the time of booking and during the event. Membership verification will be required prior to confirmation of the reservation.
  • Venue agrees to provide use of the designated event space to Customer free of charge, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
  • Customer agrees to comply with all Venue rules, local laws, and regulations.



2. Security Deposit & Minimum Spend

  • A refundable $100 security deposit is required to reserve the event space.
  • The deposit will be refunded to Customer at the end of the event only if all of the following conditions are met:
  1. All trash and personal items are cleaned up and removed from the event space.
  2. No guests loiter or smoke marijuana in front of the building.
  3. No damage is caused to the Venue or its property.
  4. The event’s guests spend a minimum of $250 in total at the Venue during the event.
  • If the $250 minimum spend is not met, the Customer will forfeit the $100 security deposit, even if all other conditions are satisfied.



3. Food & Beverage Policy

  • Customers are allowed to bring their own food or outside catering, provided that all food brought onto the premises complies with all applicable health and safety laws.
  • Outside beverages of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes alcohol, water, juice, soda, or any other drinks.
  • If any guest or participant is caught sneaking beverages into the event, the Customer will immediately forfeit their $100 security deposit and may be subject to early termination of the event.
  • Any waters, juices, or other beverages needed for the event must be purchased through Duplexx Coffee & Cocktails and requested in advance so that staff can accommodate the order properly.

 



4. Smoking Policy

  • Cigarette smoking is permitted only outside, in compliance with local law.
  • Marijuana smoking is strictly prohibited in front of the Venue.
  • Violation of this policy may result in forfeiture of the deposit and immediate termination of the event.



5. Entry & Exit

  • All guests must enter through the front door of the Venue.
  • Guests may exit through the side door, but:
  • The side door must remain closed when not in use.
  • It may not be propped open for any reason.



6. Responsibility of Customer

  • Customer is responsible for the behavior of all guests attending their event.
  • Customer agrees to monitor compliance with Venue rules throughout the event.
  • Venue reserves the right to stop or end the event if rules are violated.



7. Liability

  • Venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property of Customer or their guests.
  • Customer assumes liability for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
